Return Process

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the vinyl or equipment in its original packaging, ensuring all inserts and protective sleeves are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media for playback quality, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
